Harmony was hired for a large job of pruning, trimming, and removals for our condominium community. The expertise of Charlie (arborist) and Ben (up-and-coming arborist) came through in the work they did and in the extended explanations and walks around the property with Charlie. They did an extensive amount of work. Each limb cut or trimmed was deliberate and well thought out. The health of each tree was taken into account. I think it's a huge benefit that they're a small company with big expertise. The arborists are also part of the work crew--on-site working, managing, and directing the work from start to finish. I wasn't able to be home when he came so he followed up with a phone call to be sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I told him I would definitely call him again next time I need work done. And I would recommend his services to anyone who needs tree service done. Most of the other contractors I called didn't even show up to give me an estimate after they said the would.
